Shilene Booysen, the South African coach based in Egypt, has revealed her similarities and differences with Pitso Mosimane.
Currently, he serves as head coach of North African Premier League outfit Wadi Degla Women, where he previously worked as an analyst and technical advisor for Banyana Banyana Performance.
Booysen became the first South African to coach an Egyptian women's team while Mosimane was the first South African to manage Al Ahly.

She explained more ways in which she and Mosimane are similar, as well as what separates them as coaches.
Wadi Degla signed me because they have a philosophy about how they want to play, and my philosophy is similar to theirs," she told Masrawy.
In terms of playing style, Pitso and I don't share the same mentality, but when it comes to winning, we all share the same philosophy.
As a coach, I also participate in leagues and competitions to achieve victory.
I found that there are many talented players in Egypt, but no one knows them, so everything about me is different."
"It's about telling others or teaching them, and it all comes with challenges, and everyone expects you to do certain things, but for me, it's about making sure the players are happy and growing in a healthy environment, and I think I've done that, as we've created pathways for young players.
I don't know Pitso Mosimane personally and I'm not familiar with the way he coaches, but I do not repeat what he did and I don't follow what he does now.
"I am currently working with a team that wanted something different."
