Orlando Pirates defender Olisa Ndah has made his first appearance for Nigeria since January 2022.
26-year-old Ndah has had a great start to the 2024/25 season, captaining Pirates and even finding the back of the net.
He made his first appearance for Nigeria in 17 months when the Super Eagles defeated Benin 3-0 in the opening match of their Africa Cup of Nations qualification.
After 63 minutes, Ndah replaced Calvin Bassey, with Nigeria leading 1-0 after an Ademola Lookman goal in the first half.
The Super Eagles then added two more goals through Victor Osimhen and Lookman to secure a comfortable victory.
