Pretoria Callies confirm new coach, Nkanyiso Zungu signing

Coach Fabio Lopez and a few new signings, including ex-Orlando Pirates midfielder Nkanyiso Zungu, have been confirmed by Pretoria Callies boss Moses Malada.

In preparation for the new 2024/25 season, Lopez started working with the Motsepe Foundation Championship last month.

After Fiorentina FC and Atalanta FC scout Lopez was identified as the replacement, Malada has confirmed he has completed his paperwork and is now officially ready to take over the reins.

In addition, Madala revealed that the new coach will be tasked with building a team capable of contending for and securing promotion to the Betway Premiership in the following season, which will be 2025/26.
