Scotland 2-1 Portugal

On Sunday night, Portugal came from behind to defeat Scotland in the UEFA Nations League.

Portugal defeated Croatia 2-1, while the Scots lost 3-2 to Poland.

After just seven minutes, Scott McTominay scored for the second consecutive game.

Bruno Fernandes' neat finish ten minutes after halftime restored parity for Portugal.

With a close range finish from Nuno Mendes' cross, Ronaldo netted the winning goal off the bench in the 88th minute.

Spain 1-4 Switzerland

Switzerland was thrashed 4-1 by Spain in the Nations League opener.

Joselu opened the scoring for the European champions in the fourth minute, and Fabian Ruiz doubled the lead after 15 minutes.

In the 20th minute, Robin Le Normand was sent off, before Zeki Amdouni reduced the Swiss' deficit minutes later.

In the 77th minute, Ruiz completed a brace to extend Spain's lead after Amdouni's goal.

On 88 minutes, Spain's first goal of the tournament was scored by Ferran Torres.

Poland 1-0 Croatia

After defeating Poland 1-0, Croatia earned their first win of the season in the UEFA Nations League.

A free-kick from the edge of the area by birthday boy Luka Modric found the top corner on 52 minutes.

Serbia 2-0 Denmark

On Sunday, Denmark defeated Serbia 2-0 to maintain their winning start in the Nations League.

In the second half, Youssef Poulsen made the game safe with a goal after Albert Gronbaek gave the Danes the lead.
