Spain star Fabian Ruiz (left) is reportedly keen on joining Real Madrid from Paris Saint-Germain.

A Spain star is reportedly pushing to join Real Madrid after his relationship with his club coach fell apart.

In July, Spain won their fourth and first UEFA European Championship since 2012, winning the continental title for the fourth time in their history.

Several players from that team excelled at EURO 2024, including Lamine Yamal, Nico Williams, Rodri, and Dani Olmo.

In six matches for La Furia Roja, Fabian Ruiz registered two goals and two assists.

Ruiz has not had the smoothest of rides at his club, Paris Saint-Germain, despite his prominent role in the national team and his selection to the EURO 2024 Team of the Tournament.

In the side's opening three league matches this season, the 28-year-old has played less than 50 minutes, and his relationship with manager Luis Enrique is reportedly strained.

According to Spanish journalist Eduardo Inda, the player is now open to leaving Parc des Princes for Real Madrid.

According to El Chiringuito de Jugones, Inda wants to leave the current club where he is due to a bad relationship with the coach.

A star of the Spanish national team in the Euro Cup last year, he was not a starter for part of the season.

A club that he has always liked does not turn him down. He is a player from Seville, from Los Palacios, who plays for PSG.

Real Madrid likes him and he would be interested in joining. He is unhappy with Luis Enrique, and their relationship is tense.

"He didn't bring him to the World Cup in Qatar when Enrique was Spain's manager. When the Euro Cup came, he was a big star."

Ancelotti's side is open to signing a new central midfielder after Toni Kroos retired last season.

Los Blancos are also expected to part ways with Luka Modric at the end of the current season, which could prompt them to explore options in central midfield.

In the French capital since August 2022, Ruiz has played 74 matches under his contract until June 2027.
