After agreeing on terms over the weekend, TS Galaxy will unveil midfielder Nhlanhla Mgaga as their new signing.
After parting ways with Stellenbosch FC at the end of last season, Mgaga has been training with Marumo Gallants during pre-season.
A few months ago, the 28-year-old was set to sign with AmaZulu FC, but could not agree on financial terms.
After agreeing to a two-year deal with the Mpumalanga outfit, Mgaga will join the Rockets this season.
The player is happy with everything after the Friday meeting. He was handed the contract on Saturday to sign. The only thing left now is to sign the contract", said a Galaxy source.
During the 2022/23 season, Mgaga joined Stellenbosch from Baroka FC and made 25 appearances across all competitions.
As a result, he only started five matches in the league last season, coming on mostly as a substitute.
This season, he joins Victor Letsoalo, Thamsanqa Masiya, Khulumani Ndamane and Siphelele Maduna as Rockets newcomers.
Against Richards Bay FC, Galaxy will play their first Betway Premiership match on Sunday in KwaZulu-Natal.
Last season, Sead Ramovic's men finished in the top eight.
