Former Kaizer Chiefs striker Bernard Parker has named one player who he thinks will improve Amakhosi this season in the Betway Premiership.
According to former Kaizer Chiefs striker Bernard Parker, Fiacre Ntwari will take over as Amakhosi's new number one goalkeeper.
In this transfer window, Ntwari joined Chiefs from TS Galaxy. With Itumeleng Khune no longer contracted, many consider him to be Khune's replacement.
TS Galaxy DStv Diski Challenge head coach Parker has backed his former teammate at Kaizer Chiefs to succeed. So far, the Glamour Boys have signed seven players, including Njabulo Blom, Gaston Sirino, Bongani Sam, Rushwin Dortley, Bradley Cross, Miguel Inacio, and Ntwari.
Bernard Parker told FARPost: "Fiacre Ntwari was in his first season with TS Galaxy; what a great way to introduce himself to the PSL and sign with Kaizer Chiefs."
I told him before the season started that he needed to have coffee with me, just like Given Msimango when he moved to Chiefs.
The best thing I can say is that I have yet to have coffee with Ntwari. I believe he will take the number one jersey at Chiefs based on the qualities he possesses.

When he gets a chance to play, he needs to compete week in and week out against Petersen and Bvuma, Parker said.
After 11 years with Kaizer Chiefs, Bernard Parker joined Galaxy in 2022 and played two seasons for The Rockets before hanging up his boots last season.
