3rd place: Kris Boyd

I'm stating this purely based on the start the other teams have made since I'm not getting carried away with Aberdeen. They have had a good start but have yet to face any really tough opponents. Their next few matches will be challenging for them. After losing someone like Bojan Miovski, I can't see them maintaining this form for long. In spite of the points gap they have over the rest, they will be dragged back into the race. I am still undecided whether or not they can be convinced.

Third place: Chris Sutton

The latest news

Jimmy Thelin has brought in a few players he is familiar with, which should greatly benefit the team. They have experienced some ups and downs in recent seasons, with periods of success followed by setbacks. It seems that Aberdeen took their time in selecting Thelin as their manager, knowing that he has a knack for building clubs. This was evident during his time at Elfsborg, where it took him three years to elevate them to a high standard. He undoubtedly hopes to do the same for Aberdeen, a well-known club seeking stability. While it's unlikely that they will surpass the Old Firm, this is certainly a strong start for Thelin. However, let's not get carried away just yet.

The business they've done, they're strong enough, and they will win the league by a good few points. I have been impressed with how Celtic have started the season.

First place: Chris Sutton

They've started the domestic season really strongly and fast. Brendan is back in his second season, and I think it has been a smooth preseason for Celtic. The team will also have to deal with Champions League football demands, which is why it was important to recruit new players. It is Brendan's strongest suit to coach and develop players, so I think they will be satisfied with the work they have done so far in the window, and they are still the team to beat.

Celtic's domestic dominance can help them advance in the Champions League?

Fourth place - Kris Boyd

With the addition of Simon Murray, they will have more pace at the top end of the pitch. Although losing Luke McCowan is a big blow for them, I think they have enough in that area to carry on. Lyall Cameron might see an opportunity to go and flourish now, and there are players who can fill that void. I think Dundee have demonstrated that they are a top-six team, even though they're going to miss someone like McCowan who has moved for £1 million.

The 6th place winner is Chris Sutton

They surprised me last season, I had them relegated, showing what I know. Their biggest concern is losing Luke McCowan. In his time as Derek McInnes' assistant, Tony Docherty learned and absorbed a lot about the game, and he sets his teams up wonderfully. They're a lot better than I expected. Lyall Cameron is a decent player, and signing Simon Murray is a really good move for them.

United Dundee

United Dundee

With a goal in the Dundee derby, Kristijan Trapanovski made an instant impact after joining United

9th grade Kris Boyd

Despite the fact that Jim Goodwin's team has made an impressive start, I do have them in the bottom six as new teams tend to drop off. I might be a million miles away though because Tannadice is a difficult place to go and they have started off well. In addition, Jim has made good recruitments with David Babunksi and Kristijan Trapanovski. Jim also has a point to prove and there are many stakes on his career.

The 10th place winner is Chris Sutton

With 13 new signings over the summer, it has been a rebuilding job at Tannadice and some have already impressed, but it will take time for all of them to gel together. Jim Goodwin has done a great job getting them back up. The club has won two games and drawn two games in the first two weeks of the season but I don't think they will be able to maintain that form. Dundee United, however, is a big club and they should be able to stay up.

The heart

Hearts lost to Dundee United at home for the third time in four league games.

The 5th place winner is Kris Boyd

It's been very disappointing to watch Hearts play so far. They've played two European games along with domestic duties, so it's not like they've had a hard time. Do I fear for Steven Naismith? Yes, if their poor run continues for another week or so. They have to start getting results. According to the size and expectations of the club, I predict fifth. They're a million miles from where they ought to be right now, but I believe they will improve in the future.

Fourth place - Chris Sutton

They're not out of the woods just because they started off poorly. I believe Steven Naismith did a great job last year and they have a decent squad. However, they're also in the Conference League, so it may be hard to balance that. Keeping Lawrence Shankland is a big deal, they do have reasonable strength and depth and they will get it together soon. When they do, they'll go on a run. I'm not going to write Hearts off after four games. I believe fans should be patient.

Irish

The 8th grader is Kris Boyd

My only concern is that the trends are still there, and the excuses are already starting about how many players will be out of contract at the end of the season, so they might be able to clear up the mess the hierarchy has created. At this point, I'm just not sure if they will improve in the short term. I thought they would improve, but I'm just not sure.

The 9th place winner is Chris Sutton

A football club like Hibs has gone through so much turmoil and has gone through so many managers recently, there hasn't been much patience, and now David Gray has been in charge, someone who knows the club well. It's not enough to keep overhauling a team, bringing in new players, and changing managers. There will not be patience this season, and Hibs fans will say that a bottom-six finish would represent a poor season, but they must take small steps. They will have another difficult season.

The Kilmarnocks

Derek McInnes is now Kilmarnock's full-time manager

Sixth grader Kris Boyd

There has been one team that has been hindered by European games, and that is Kilmarnock. Derek McInnes knows how to get results, and I would be shocked if their form didn't improve once Europe was over. Although it's been a slow start, I still think it's possible for them to finish in the top six.

The 5th place winner is Chris Sutton

Derek McInnes has my utmost admiration for the work he's done at Rugby Park. Despite facing financial limitations, he exceeded expectations last season and even made a valiant effort in the Conference League qualifiers. However, injuries present a major concern for his team. In their first game of the season, they suffered a defeat at Celtic Park with only half their lineup available. Nevertheless, it's widely acknowledged that they have a strong squad with experienced players and some standout talents. It's just a matter of time before they find their stride and start earning points and victories. I have no doubt that it will happen sooner rather than later.

The Motherwells

Dundee United loaned Tony Watt back to Motherwell

Dundee United loaned Tony Watt back to Motherwell

The 10th place winner is Kris Boyd

They have lost a lot, and it could be a difficult season. Theo Bair is hard to replace, but they have some good youngsters there, but I don't know how they'll score goals. You wonder if it was just a scramble to get someone before the transfer window ended. Despite all the changes, if they manage to finish at least 10th, it will be a successful season for them. Lennon Miller could easily be lost in January.

The 8th place winner is Chris Sutton

Obviously, Motherwell lost a lot of goals when Theo Bair left last season, their outstanding player. It could be anywhere from eighth down. As well as injuries to players who would be first picks, Stuart Kettlewell is already on the back foot. However, I do believe he will get them organized and they will do well in the future.

Associated Press

In response to Rangers' 3-0 loss at the hands of Celtic, Kris Boyd calls his former team embarrassing, devoid of leaders, and believes no Rangers player would qualify for the Celtic team.

According to Boyd, Rangers' 3-0 defeat at Celtic was embarrassing, their lack of leadership was troubling, and no Rangers player would make it into Celtic's squad

2nd place: Kris Boyd

While I was aware that this season would be challenging, the current situation surpasses my expectations. Although I still believe they will outperform the other teams, it won't come as smoothly as in previous years to secure second place. Once the pace of the season evens out and players regain their fitness, things should improve. However, when injuries hit smaller teams, the top ones tend to distance themselves even further. I trust Rangers will comfortably secure second place, but competing with Celtic may be a bit out of reach for them.

Second place: Chris Sutton

According to Philippe Clement, Rangers is a team that will continue to improve, although they are currently a work in progress. The recent overhaul and chaotic summer have resulted in a need for time to establish cohesion. Whether Clement will be given the necessary time remains uncertain. His goal is for his team to remain competitive and keep up with Celtic, but as the season progresses, he hopes they can find their groove and surpass their rival. It is more reasonable to evaluate Clement's performance this season rather than last, when he inherited a struggling team. This year, it is his squad and there will be no justifications for any setbacks.

Is there a battle between Rangers and Aberdeen for second place?

County of Ross

Don Cowie is the manager of Ross County

Here's an image:

It has been a winless start to the Premiership season for Ross County under Don Cowie

12th grader Kris Boyd

Roy McGregor may splash the cash again in a bid to keep them in the top flight. If that happens, then I fear for St Johnstone. At the moment, I think Ross County will go down first.

11th - Chris Sutton

The Ros County team always finishes 11th! Don Cowie is quite quiet and unassuming and he has a tough job. Every season, they change players, making it difficult to get organized. Losing Yan Dhanda was a blow to them because he was so influential. They will probably stay up with the play-offs.

In St. Johnstone

The image is:

During the season, Craig Levein hopes to finish in the top six with St Johnstone

11th - Kris Boyd

Keeping them in the play-off spot will depend on their strikers. You get the feeling it will be the same this season as Craig Levein always finds the right result when he needs one. He might just have enough to keep them up, but it will be a lot of Ross County's fault.

The 12th place winner is Chris Sutton

It's tough for Craig Levein to lead St Johnstone this season. They have a couple of energetic centre forwards and keeping Adama Sidibeh is a huge plus, but I think this season will be too much for them. With three losses in their first four games, it is hard to see them picking up many victories in the future.

The St. Mirren

The image is:

Under Stephen Robinson, St Mirren finished fifth last season

7th grader Kris Boyd

They are a big physical team and they will cause a lot of sides problems, but I think others will push ahead of them to get into the top six if they have that little extra. I am concerned about St Mirren at the top end of the pitch, since they don't have an out-and-out goal scorer. I feel they might struggle to make it into the top half.

Sutton, Chris - 7th

I don't understand why I write them off, but they're good when they get things done right, but they don't seem to have much flair. There has been a fair bit of change at St Mirren and although Stephen Robinson has brought in some promising signings, he has also lost some. I think the manager has overachieved, he's gone in there and done well, but I think they're going to miss out.
